CLAM BAKE

We provide a variety of services:

TRADITIONAL MENU
We provide pre-portioned, pre-cooked, ready to serve clambake including coleslaw and desserts. Recommended for parties that don't need any service staff. Good value for small gatherings.

AUTHENTIC STYLE
We provide both the food and the service. We prepare the site, be it your backyard or the beach, in which we dig a pit and layer rocks as a base under a bonfire then layer burlap, seafood, seaweed and cook for several hours. Planned properly, this theme is a great presentation and fun for you and your guests.

BBQ STYLE
We provide both the food and the staff to prepare a clam bake on a grill with a clam bake themed buffet. Great for large events or backyards with limited space.
