Established in 1994, CCSI is a mid-sized Catering Company.

FOOD ONLY: If you are planning an event or party and simply want help with organizing great food that will excite your guests, we can help with all or as little of the menu as you’d like. WE offer a selection of festive buffets, cocktail party favorites, hearty breakfasts and brunches, corporate luncheons, barbeques, picnics and delectable dinners, plus a multitude of mouth-watering desserts.
FULL SERVICE CATERING: If you are planning a Special Event, we will take charge from the very beginning until the moment the last guest leaves. In addition to the delicious food for any occasion, we bring our experience to site selection, layout, rentals and decorations. Our Catering Director works hand on with you creating menus and detailing your event around each individual budget.
There are 25 full-time Staff members working on production and Catering. We also have a reputable on-call list of serving staff, allowing you to be a guest at your own event.
