TRADITIONAL MENU
We provide pre-portioned, pre-cooked, ready to serve clambake including coleslaw and desserts. Recommended for parties that doesn't need any service staff. Good value $$$ for small gatherings.
AUTHENTIC STYLE (Allow 6 Hours for prep)
We provide both the food and the service. We prepare the site, be it your backyard or the beach, in which we dig a pit and layer rocks as a base under a bonfire then layer burlap, seafood, seaweed and cook for several hours. Planned properly, this theme is a great presentation and fun for you and your guests.
BBQ STYLE
We provide both the food and the staff to prepare a clam bake on a grill with a clam bake themed buffet. Great for large events or backyards with limited space.
